Exchange & Return Policy

At Trulife Cabinetry, we are committed to providing high-quality cabinets and exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary, so we offer clear guidelines for returns and exchanges to ensure a smooth and fair process for both retail and wholesale customers.

For retail customers, exchanges and returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery or pick-up date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. We do not accept returns on assembled, installed, or modified products. Additionally, clearance, special order, or custom-made items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and customers are responsible for any return shipping or transportation costs. Exchanges are possible depending on inventory availability, and any difference in price must be paid before processing.

For wholesale customers, returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order. Exchanges are encouraged and prioritized over returns. All returned items must remain unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns on assembled units, discontinued products, or custom/special orders. A 20% restocking fee applies to all authorized returns, and wholesale buyers must handle and cover all transportation or shipping associated with returns. Exchanges must be for items of equal or greater value and require prior approval from your account manager or sales representative.

All customers are encouraged to inspect products immediately upon delivery or pick-up. If any items are damaged or incorrect, you must report the issue within 48 hours. Please email us with your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the issue. Once your claim is verified, we will replace the damaged or incorrect item at no additional cost.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team at 239-270-5191 or csr@trulifecabinetry.com. Be prepared to provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant documentation or images. Our team will issue a return authorization and provide instructions for the return process. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange accordingly.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the return is received and approved. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
